Origin

The modern game of Handgolf originated in 2005, in Clarksville, IN. Created by a group of college and high school students, the sport was created as a leisure competition. The original course, which has since been dubbed as 'Riverside Country Club' was built on private property, located adjacent to the Ohio River, within view of downtown Louisville, KY.

A Hole-in-One Champion is presented at all individual tournaments. Noah Huffman holds the record for most Holes-in-One in a single tournament (5). Noah Huffman has won this award three times.
